Description
The Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching includes:
- 60 hours of Team Coaching Education from a team of seven (7) MCC expert trainers
- Five (5) hours of coaching supervision
- Observed Team Coaching sessions, individually with experienced mentor coaches
- Creation of your own team coaching model
- Access to a library with recordings of real team coaching sessions
The live classes are scheduled for 18 weeks, occurring on the same day and at the same time slot. We work hard to make these weeks consecutive. Each class lasts two hours and all the materials can be accessed before and after the class on our LMS.
As you register, you will choose the exact options for your training, and you will know the complete schedule for your training with TCGA.
At the check-out you will fill a brief questionnaire; this will help us assign you to the team coaching supervision group that best fits your needs.
Coaching Supervision takes place is small groups with our highly qualified and experienced coaching supervisors.
