I offer a safe space that’s held lightly. There’s room to explore with playful curiosity or serious conversation; whatever’s called for.

Leadership and Assessor roles within the International Coach Federation allow me a deep understanding of working within Core Competency frameworks. Active involvement with the Association of Coaching Supervisors coordinating regional ambassadors for coaching supervision offers me a global perspective and local insight.

Who you are is how you coach. I’m here to enable you to lean into and learn from coaching experiences and develop your unique coaching strengths, confidence and presence.

Reflective practice is the ultimate tools for coaches to discover new perspectives. In fact, I wrote a whole book about creative reflection, so, if you’re looking to work deeply, playfully and creatively, you can find out more about me at www.bravevoicebooks.com and www.inside-out-coaching.com.

Since 2013, I have offered individual and group supervision to coaches who want to engage in mutual and transformational learning relationally. For me, the most beautiful aspect of my work is the possibility of creating a safe space for coaches to have a “Super Vision” of their practice, exploring different angles and possibilities.

I am an ICF MCC and ACTC coach, as well as EMCC ESIA Accredited Coach Supervisor and EIA Senior Practitioner.  I also work as Executive and Team Coach, Trainer, Facilitator, and Conflict Mediator.

And…I am a dancer!  Currently, my life offers me the possibility of dancing partly in Rio de Janeiro and partly in Berlin.
