The Team Coaching Global Alliance (TCGA) is committed to the democratization of coaching and making coaching and coach training more widely available in every region of the world. To that end, program fees for all TCGA training, products, and other offerings have been determined according to our global customization policy.
The country of your residence is what we use to determine your eligibility for Tiered pricing. As a result, we use geolocation technology to adjust the cost of the training we offer. We apply your residency to this pricing plan so that your fees for training reflect the national economy in which you operate. This way our pricing reflects the economy in which your economic impact makes the biggest difference. Even if you are a resident of a different country than your citizenship, this allows the Team Coaching Global Alliance to spread the economic impact of your coach training fairly and equally.

The TCGA assigns each country to one of three tiers.
- Tier 1 is for the most economically prosperous countries.
- Tier 2 is for stable economies with lower growth rates.
- Tier 3 contains countries with developing economies.
