The AATC (Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching) bundle is what the Team Coaching Global Alliance offers best.

This all-in-one program is EVERYTHING YOU NEED to qualify for the direct path to the ACTC (Advanced Certification in Team Coaching) of the ICF.

The Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching includes:

  • 60 hours of Team Coaching Education from a team of seven (7) MCC expert trainers
  • Five (5) hours of coaching supervision
  • Observed Team Coaching sessions, individually with experienced mentor coaches
  • Creation of your own team coaching model
  • Access to a library with recordings of real team coaching sessions

The live classes are scheduled to take place for 18 weeks and in the same time slot. We work hard to make these weeks consecutive weeks. Each class lasts two hours and all the materials can be accessed before and after the class on our LMS. Each live class is recorded and made accessible to participants.

Coaching Supervision takes place is small groups with our highly qualified and experienced coaching supervisors.

  • Duration of the 3 sessions: 120 minutes / 90 minutes / 90 minutes
  • Total hours of supervision: 5
