Description
40 hours of team coaching training, framed by the ICF Team Coaching Competencies and Advanced Certification in Team Coaching requirements.
The live classes are scheduled for 15 weeks, occurring on the same day and at the same time slot. We work hard to make these weeks consecutive.
Each class lasts two hours and all the materials can be accessed before and after the class on our LMS.
The program includes:
- 40 hours of Team Coaching education aligned with the ICF Team Coaching Competencies and ICF Code of EthicsCreation of your own team coaching model
Program Objectives:
- In-depth knowledge of the ICF Team Coaching Competency Model
- Ability to apply the ICF Team Coaching Competency Model in different scenarios, contexts, and approaches.
- Develop your own Team Coaching model.
Designed to equip team coaches to be ready to apply for the ICF’s Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) with Option 1.
