The Team Coaching Global Certificate is an online interactive team coaching training program designed by Jonathan Reitz MCC, Karl Van Hoey MCC, and Katerina Kanelidou MCC, and delivered by Jonathan Reitz MCC, Karl Van Hoey MCC, Katerina Kanelidou MCC, Gillian Walter MCC, Eva Hirsh Pontes MCC, Inga Bielinska MCC, and Jihane Labib MCC.
The Team Coaching Global Alliance offers two (2) team coaching training courses and coaching supervision groups monthly, successfully preparing you to apply for any of the three options for the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC).
Currently, the International Coaching Federation offers three options for coaches to apply for their Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) specialty designation:
- Option 1 – Applicants submit a portfolio including Team Coaching Education and Supervision
- Option 2 / AATC pathway – Direct pathway with the completion of an Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (AATC) program
- Option 3 / CPL pathway – Credit for Prior Learning for long term team coaching practitioners with additional team coaching experience.

Team Coaching Global Certificate – AATC (Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching)
The AATC (Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching) bundle is what the Team Coaching Global Alliance offers best. This all-in-one program is EVERYTHING YOU NEED to qualify for the direct path to the ACTC (Advanced Certification in Team Coaching) of the ICF.
Refine your team coaching skills, develop your team coaching model, and get individual feedback. The program includes 60 hours of team coaching education, 5 hours of coaching supervision in small groups, and 1-1 mentoring.
Team Coaching Global Certificate – Foundations
40 hours of team coaching training.
This comprehensive program is designed to de-mystify team coaching and equip you to coach using the ICF Team Coaching Competency Model. Suitable if you plan to apply for the ACTC with Option 1 or 3 (CPL) of the ICF.
Coaching Supervision
5 hours of coaching supervision in small groups, monthly.
One of the best supports of coaching practitioners and one of the requirements for the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) of the ICF. Choose your Coaching Supervision program based on the total hours you need and your time zone. If you need 10 hours for your ACTC via the CPL pathway, you can sign up for two (2) coaching supervision programs of 5 hours each.
