Alicia Hullinger leads the ICF Thought Leadership Institute, guiding its evolution into a futurist hub for coaching. A Cultural Sociologist and strategic visionary, she explores how emerging forces reshape human development. Alicia crafts transformative frameworks that position coaching as a catalyst for thriving futures – where people, organizations, and the planet flourish together.
Leda Turai is an internationally experienced expert in coaching, leadership, team development, and organizational learning. She holds the Master Certified Coach title from ICF and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Quantum Sciences. Leda has held significant global leadership roles, founded L-CON Global, and contributed extensively to leadership development, coach education, and consciousness research.
Wai K. Leong served in the ICF Global Board as Vice Chair in 2017 and Global Board member (2015-2018). In 2019, he was inducted into the ICF Circle of Distinction. He is the author of the books “Empowering Asian Mindsets Through Coaching”, “Powerful Performance Coaching Tips”, and “SHIFT into Masterful Coaching”, and has coached and trained more than 10,000 senior managers and executives.
Giovanna D’Alessio, MCC, MBA is founder and partner of Asterys, and co-creator of AEquacy, a hierarchy-free organizational design. She served 8 years in ICF Global as Director at-large, Vice President, Treasurer and President. She authored the books: “Personal Mastery. The Path to Transformative Leadership”, “Becoming Whole in a Divided World”, and co-authored: “5 Principles to Thrive in a Complex World”.
