Jennifer Britton is an award-winning coach, author, speaker, and founder of Potentials Realized. She’s led the Group Coaching Essentials CCE training for 20 years and is the co-host of the Coaching Many Podcast. A pioneer in the field, she has supported thousands of coaches and leaders globally in building high-performing teams through group and team coaching.
