The start and end of a team coaching engagement are what teams remember most. As coaches entering and exiting a client system, there are essential elements to intentionally design and common pitfalls to avoid. In this session, our experts will explore how to create powerful, memorable bookends that set teams up for ongoing success and capacity development. You will walk away with practical guidance on how to start strong, close well, and avoid the mistakes that can undermine even the best coaching.
