Spotlight on Team Coaching Models

Tuesday, June 16, 10:15 – 10:45 am EDT
with Dr. Eleni Staraki, SP and Joshua Ramey-Renk, CPCC, PCC

In this session, two experienced team coaches will present and discuss their models, offering insights into their approaches to team coaching:

  1. ARIADNE model – Dr. Eleni Staraki: ARIADNE is a team communication and alignment model that helps uncover hidden friction, strengthen trust, and improve how teams think and talk together under pressure. It transforms emotional intelligence into shared habits, enabling clearer decisions, healthier dialogue, and stronger execution without leader overdependence.
  2. The Equation model – Joshua Ramey-Renk: Through the use of strengths analysis and exercises, The Equation Team Coaching Program (“The Equation”) supports teams in exploring who brings what to the team, what drains the team or blocks them from progress, what leverages and multiplies existing strengths and how to add that all together to achieve better results.
