Spotlight on Assessments in Team Coaching

In this session, three experts will each present and discuss an assessment, offering insights into their use to team coaching:

  1. Meet Yourself™ – Dr. Antoine Eid. The world’s only personality assessment and coaching ecosystem that combines the three sciences of Behavioral Genetics (DNA Test), Neuroscience (Thinking Motivators), and Behavioral Science (Acquired Competencies). It provides insights and tools into why people think and behave in certain ways.
  2. FIRO-B (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior) – Yolanda Yu. This is a 54-item assessment developed by Will Schutz in 1958 based on social need theory. The instrument reveals how underlying interpersonal needs for participation, influence, and closeness drive behavior, and can be used to identify relationship tensions to cultivate highly effective teams.
  3. Wiley DiSC – Dr. Ellen Zimmerman. The Wiley DiSC assessment supports team coaching by providing the team and coach with a common language as well as a basis to begin conversation about areas of potential development. Respect is enhanced through an awareness of the priorities each style brings to the team.

Yolanda Yu
