Soumiya is an experienced Organizational Psychologist and accredited Leadership and Systemic Team Coach with nearly 20 years in leading HR, Change, and Consulting team for global firms like IBM, Unilever, and Shell. She is certified in Design Thinking, Team-Coaching, Hogan Assessment, Positive Psychology, and Organizational Transaction Analysis. Soumiya holds an MBA in HR and an MSc in Organizational Psychology from University College London, complemented by extensive training and corporate experience across the UK, Netherlands, US, and India, enhancing her Leadership Development practice.
As an Internationally recognized Mindset & Leadership coach, she has worked with over 200+ mid to senior level corporate executives who have invested a collective of 2500+ coaching hours with her to unlock their leadership potential and performance at work. Soumiya has coached members and groups across 11+ nationalities and diverse industries from Software to Finance, Manufacturing to Consulting, and Business Services to Education.
She combines her practitioner insights with the objectivity of a behavioural science background to partner with clients and enable them to assess their needs, goals and cultivate the mindset & behaviours they need to unlock their Power, Potency and Potential. The approach she uses for Start-up founder is different than that for a Leader in an MNC.

In her spare time, Soumiya volunteers as a behavior change facilitator, empowering women and underrepresented groups, and Mentors new coaches.
