Silvana is a seasoned professional with a background in business analysis, IT, and management consulting. After finishing her studies in Economic Cybernetics, she gained valuable experience at Oracle and A.T. Kearney before shifting toward entrepreneurship. She played a key role in establishing L’Autre Ecole in Paris and contributed to Mission Automate, a US-based tech startup, as an Agile and Transformational Coach.
Her coaching approach is shaped by living and working in Romania, the USA, France, Germany, and Italy, making her highly adaptable and culturally aware. Silvana’s global experiences allow her to navigate diverse perspectives and foster an inclusive, empathetic coaching environment tailored to individual needs. Certified as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she focuses on helping individuals and teams bridge the gap between their current state and potential.
Silvana specializes in team coaching, leadership development, Agile transformation, change management, and performance optimization. She supports organizations in fostering collaboration, improving team dynamics, and enhancing overall effectiveness through coaching interventions grounded in psychological safety, emotional intelligence, and systems thinking.
Outside of coaching, Silvana practices what she preaches by maintaining a balanced lifestyle, and enjoying activities like dancing, horseback riding, tennis, and swimming.
