MCC
I specialize in working with leaders in transition – in corporations and philanthropy – who are taking on new projects, programs or teams.
I help them identify what really matters to them, to their teams, and the business, so their
people take initiative and everyone has more time and greater focus. They’re more satisfied in the work they do, and people stay.
I also specialize in grant strategy and design within higher education and nonprofits.
I work with leaders to design and implement sustainable, stand-out projects, so they can bring their ideas into reality, get funding for the projects that matter to them, and leave their mark on the world!
I am a Master Certified Coach (MCC) who has been coaching for over 15 years, with 3,000+ hours of coaching experience with C-suite leaders in Fortune 500 companies, presidents of multinational philanthropies, professors and researchers from Cambridge, CalTech, and other prestigious universities around the world, and incredible individuals such as MacArthur Genius Award recipients and entrepreneurs.
I hold a masters degree in higher education and organizational change from UCLA. I am also a speaker, trainer, the author of the book Why Meet, and I design and facilitate team retreats and training. I have lived and worked in Europe and the United States. I am the Founder of The RE Group, and am the accidental head coach of the HV Elementary Cross Country team.
