Panagiota Alexiou is an experienced Business and Team Coach, specializing in internal communication and leadership alignment. She helps business owners, managers, and teams strengthen relationships, improve collaboration, and align on values, mission, vision, culture, and goals. With a strong background in business and finance, she has accounting experience since 1992, equipping her with a deep understanding of financial structures and strategic decision-making.
Having coached business owners from small and mid-sized companies, as well as managers from larger organizations, she provides tailored coaching that enhances leadership effectiveness and team cohesion.
She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has completed a three-year training program at the International Coach Academy. She also holds TCGA accreditation as a Team Coach, bringing expertise in team dynamics and group coaching.
