One of the most frequently asked questions about coaching is how its return on investment can be measured. Several books and discussions keep this debate going. During this session, Karl will share his experience, relevant know-how, and a practical tool that he developed himself. The tool can be used for monitoring and reporting the progress that a team has made towards the goals as defined in the team coaching agreement and for challenging the team where it has not yet fully succeeded. He will do that in an interactive, challenging, and engaging way.
