Maimon brings 30 years of experience in leadership roles. She is a co-founder and Senior Advisor at Elevate for Impact. Maimon served in various leadership roles, including head of Marketing Services, Marketing Communication, Design Team, New Product Development, and Quality & Standards. Her leadership roles in business and NGO boards provided her with deep insight into what organizations seek in leaders. She understands collaborating within the team or with other organisations is complex, and the journey starts from the individual leader in the system. The importance of personal clarity regarding values, passions, and purpose to chart a successful leadership path.
