Katerina Kanelidou is a Master Certified Coach, co-founder & director of Team Coaching Global Alliance. An experienced coach, trainer, educator, and mentor, passionate about coaching, leadership, and citizenship, with a mission to empower humanity one team at a time.
Based in Greece, she works with leaders and their teams from around the world supporting them to create healthy and high value workplaces, and sustainable change even in the most adverse environment. Her clients describe her as “an empowering and inspiring performance optimizer, focused on positive transformation”.
Katerina is the co-authored of “Becoming a Team Coach: The Essential ICF Guide”; she was one of the Subject-Matter Experts that worked on the development of the ICF Team Coaching Competencies and has served in several positions within ICF with most recent the ICF CE DEIB Advisory Committee. Furthermore, she is often a guest speaker at international conferences and events on coaching; her surveys on coaching are published on the research portal of the ICF and has authored articles for several professional publications (online and printed).
Additionally, she holds the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching by the ICF and a master’s degree in Dramatherapy and Psychodrama from the University of Barcelona.
