Joyce McEwen Crane believes a keen understanding of relationships and of complex systems is essential to exercising masterful leadership. Joyce is an executive and leadership coach for individuals, groups and teams. She serves as the Director of Learning and Development at the Kansas Leadership Center where she develops and delivers leadership and coaching programs for custom partners and serves as KLC’s director of coach training. She also offers private life, relationship and health coaching through her own business, Resonance Consulting and Coaching. Clients and co-workers admire Joyce’s strategic thinking and her empathy for the human experience. She earned a doctorate degree from Southern Methodist University and holds the PCC credential from the ICF.
