Intake Sessions in Team Coaching

 June 16, 2025, 10:00 am EST
with Karl Van Hoey, MCC, ACTC, MP

Opinions differ on the value of individual intake sessions before starting team coaching sessions with a team. During this session Karl will explore the why and how of individual intakes. He will also elaborate on the importance of contracting at the beginning of an intake and the pitfalls to avoid. Karl will also share his best practices with “collective” intakes: how do you start working with a team when the purpose is not yet to coach them, but to explore the objectives they have in mind, in the hypothesis that no individual intakes have taken place.
