Eva Hirsch Pontes is an Executive Coach, Team Coach, Supervisor, and Conflict Mediator. She holds the Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), as well as EMCC ESIA Accreditation as a Coach Supervisor. Eva was the first Accredited Coach Supervisor in Latin America.

Before becoming a coach, Eva built her career in the shipping industry, where she held senior executive positions and served as a board member. This corporate experience informs her work with senior leaders and leadership teams.

Eva has extensive experience working with C-suite leaders, senior executives, and high-potential talent in global and Brazilian corporations across industries. She also supports family-owned businesses with succession planning and leadership transitions.

Eva serves as invited faculty at two of Brazil’s most prestigious business schools — Fundação Dom Cabral and The COPPEAD Graduate School of Business.

She co-edited Ethical Case Studies for Coach Development and Practice: A Coach’s Companion (Routledge, 2024), led by Wendy-Ann Smith, alongside Dumisani Magadlela and David Clutterbuck, contributing four case studies on ethical dilemmas in individual coaching, team coaching, and supervision.
