Ellen has over 30 years in Human Resource and leadership roles working with teams. She believes the key to team success begins in a place of respect and authenticity.
As well as her training in programs such as Dare to Lead™, Fierce Conversations, DiSC, and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, she has also taught organizational behavior and leadership courses at the university graduate level.
