This interactive session explores how team coaches can recognize and work with patterns both their own and those present in teams. Through reflection and dialogue, participants will develop awareness of habitual responses and learn how to “dance with” patterns to build coaching presence, capacity and more effective team interventions.

Eva Hirsch Pontes is an Executive Coach, Team Coach, EMCC Accredited Supervisor, conflict mediator, author/editor in coaching supervision and coaching ethics, and faculty at Team Coaching Global Alliance. She specializes in reflective practice, systemic presence and courageous dialogue, supporting leaders, teams and coaches to navigate complexity, collaboration and conflict. Brazilian-born, she lives and works internationally between Brazil and Europe.

Gillian Walter is a Master Coach from both the ICF and the EMCC, ACTC Team Coach, and Coaching Supervisor, faculty at Team Coaching Global Alliance, and founder of Inside-Out Coaching and Brave Voice Books. She integrates creativity, reflective practice and supervision into team coaching to support awareness, psychological safety, and transformation. Her work focuses on helping coaches develop maturity, presence, and the capacity to work effectively with complexity and patterns in teams.
