Camila Bonavito is an experienced executive and team coach certified by the International Coaching Federation, holding PCC and ACTC credentials. With over 25 years of professional experience, she has designed and delivered customized solutions to support leadership, team, and organizational development across various sectors. Camila also created the CNV4coaches program, one of Brazil’s first ICF-accredited CCE programs, and the CNV4Leaders program, which has empowered over 1,500 leaders in the Non-Violent Communication approach.
Her professional background includes 14 years in Wealth Management across Brazil and Switzerland, which provided her with valuable insights into corporate dynamics that inform her coaching and consultancy practice. Camila holds an MBA in Leadership and People Management and various certifications, including Consultancy & Change and Supervision in Coaching and Consultancy from the Tavistock Institute in London.
