I have been developing high performance teams across medium to large-sized organizations since 2007, using a combination of coaching, facilitation, and advanced assessment tools. In addition to my practical experience, my credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Florida, Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida, Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute, SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society of Human Resources Management, Change Management certificate from the Association for Talent Development, Integrated Talent Management certificate from the Association for Talent Development, Flow Certified Professional Coach from the Flow Coaching Institute, Professional Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation, and completion of TCGA’s foundational team coaching training as well as Potentials Realized Group Coaching Essentials and Advanced Group and Team Coaching Practicum.
