Jean is Managing Principal of Individual Differences at Work, LLC, where team coaching is at the heart of her practice. As leadership and team coach, behavioral assessment professional, and organizational development consultant, her work centers on cultivating leaders and teams who grow organizations. Jean works with private clients and as a strategic business partner for organizations, often coaching leaders and teams around mindset and behavioral shifts key to leading larger, more complex teams at times of organizational expansion and transition. She holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and holds a master’s degree in industrial organizational ( I-O) psychology. Jean is also an ICF coach educator and Level One MBSR teacher, supporting coaches on their developmental journey by providing mentor coaching, coach supervision, and mindfulness practices.
Jean serves on the board of directors of the ICF Connecticut Chapter of the International Coaching Federation as Technology Director guiding the Chapter’s digital transformation and was honored as President Emerit in 2026. In addition to her work with ICF, Jean serves on the Society of Industrial Organizational Psychology (SIOP) Work Smart team leveraging I-O science to create smarter and more efficient workplaces.
Outside the office, Jean is either working on community sustainability projects with her fellow Master Gardeners or is in the garden, her favorite place to recharge and reconnect.
