Friday, June 19, 10:00 – 10:45 am EDT
with Oussama Labib, and Gillian Walter, MCC, MP, ACTC, ESIA
moderated by Katerina Kanelidou, MCC, ACTC
In this session, two experts will present their own online tools for remote team coaching:
- Miki Island: Play your way to better team performance – Oussama Labib. Miki Island is an all-in-one team development platform combining game-based simulations, assessments, AI-powered reports, and behavioral analytics to help teams perform better. It enables coaches to move beyond traditional approaches and into immersive, real-time team experiences—delivering measurable results, deeper insights, and more impactful, data-driven team development.
- Choir of Brave Voices Reflection Cards – Gillian Walter. This presentation introduces a simple, adaptable online activity using visual reflection cards to support dialogue in remote team coaching. Participants will experience how metaphor and imagery can create psychological safety, invite multiple perspectives and open richer conversations even in newly formed groups.
Following the presentations, participants will break into small groups to brainstorm together: “How do you choose the right online activity for a specific team, context, or challenge?” Come ready to share your own experiences, learn from peers, and leave with practical decision-making criteria you can apply immediately.

Oussama Labib, founder of Miki Island, works with executive teams globally and is an associate professor in executive education, helping organizations build future-ready capabilities through experiential learning. Originally from France and Morocco and now based in Singapore, he brings over 15 years of experience in coaching, team development, culture, and organizational development.

Gillian Walter is a Master Coach from the ICF and the EMCC, Team Coach, Master Supervisor, author of creative reflective practice books, and faculty at TCGA. She specializes in integrating creativity into coaching and supervision, using metaphor to support psychological safety and inclusion to open fresh perspectives and meaningful dialogue.
