Thursday June 18, 10:00 – 10:45 am EDT
with Jihane Labib, MCC, MP, ACTC
In a connected world, team coaches face cross-cultural, multi-lingual environments more than ever. Yet most team friction is cultural and systemic — not just operational. Drawing on her background as a coach from the Global South working globally, Jihane Labib explores how cultural viewpoints deepen understanding and challenge assumptions in team coaching. Based on research from Schein, Hofstede, Edmondson, and Meyer, this session examines how culture shapes communication, authority, trust, feedback, and decision-making — often invisibly. Learn to transcend stereotypes, navigate ambiguity and power dynamics, and treat cultural diversity as a strategic asset for learning, innovation, and collective intelligence.

Jihane Labib is a global executive coach and the first professional from Francophone Africa to hold both MCC and ACTC credentials from ICF, along with EMCC Master Practitioner accreditation. She is the first Arab elected to the ICF Global Board and to serve as Chair of ICF Professional Coaches. She serves as Faculty at TCGA, and is founder of Coachinglab Academy. She specializes in systemic team coaching, intercultural leadership, and leadership development in the AI era. Fluent in Arabic, French, and English, she brings strong cross-cultural expertise across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa.
