Team coaching has long been shaped by corporate contexts, but some of the most complex challenges exist in healthcare, education, NGOs, government, and other nonprofit organizations. Five practitioners explore what changes when mission, hierarchy, chronic stress, and limited resources define the landscape. From adapting contracting and stakeholder engagement, to recognizing burnout patterns unique to mission-driven teams, to using creative practices — this is team coaching beyond the corporate.
