with Morwenna Stewart
In this session on cognitive inclusion, we will explore how neurodivergence – including autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, dyspraxic, dyscalculic, Tourette’s and other neurotypes – shows up for teams at work. Neurodivergent minds number at least 1 in 7 of the population, so every team is likely to have these different types of minds. We’ll explore how to understand and celebrate different minds, so teams can realize the myriad benefits of cognitive inclusion and diversity. We will also explore how to make adjustments or accommodations, to avoid misunderstandings and pitfalls.

Morwenna Stewart is autistic and ADHD and works as a certified coach and trainer in neurodiversity and business writing, through her company Your Coaching Partner. She coaches and trains professionals to write PhDs, reports, correspondence and other business and technical communications; including inclusive and accessible communications. Her clients include UK government, healthcare, public and private sectors.
