Building a team coaching business is rarely straightforward — and in 2026, the landscape is more complex, and more full of opportunity, than ever. Different markets, cultures, and client expectations demand radically different approaches, from navigating power distance and hierarchy to knowing when to walk away. In this practical panel, four experienced practitioners share what works across their distinct contexts: landing first engagements, educating clients, navigating cultural dynamics, and the personal growth edges no training prepares you for. Concrete, honest, and globally grounded.

She is passionate about facilitating people and systems to find authentic voice, connection and flow, through transitions.
