Katerina Kanelidou, based in Greece, works with leaders and teams worldwide, supporting them to create sustainable change in adverse environments. She is co-founder and Director of the Team Coaching Global Alliance, founder of the Team Coaching Global Summit, and co-author of Becoming a Team Coach: The Essential ICF Guide. She helped develop the ICF team coaching competencies and ACTC designation.
