Her 23 years of business experience directly informs her work with executive leaders and their teams. Yolanda served as a Regional Director at both Mastercard and Visa, led a high-profile M&A for Alibaba-Lazada, and was the CEO of helloPay in Singapore, a Fintech start-up now part of Ant Financial.
Yolanda has deep experience working with C-suite leaders and high-performing teams in premier global organizations, including Google, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey & Company, Singapore Airlines, and Unilever, among others across a range of industries.
She serves as an invited leadership coach at INSEAD Business School and the Center for Creative Leadership, bridging cutting-edge leadership theory with real-world executive challenges.
Yolanda holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Computing from the National University of Singapore. She is also a multi-award-winning author with two books published by Penguin Random House.
