Spotlight on Team Coaching Models

June 23, 2025, 11:00 am EST
with Ellen Zimmerman, PCC, ACTC, Linda Aiyer, MCC, ACTC, and Sandy Bassil, PCC, ACTC

In this session, three experienced team coaches will each present and discuss their models, offering insights into their approaches to team coaching:

  1. I-We-I” model ~ Ellen Zimmerman: The model I use for team coaching helps team members to move from a self-focus to a more collaborative team approach. The model supports the creation of connections and trust as the team discusses challenging topics needed for success.
  2. Team Sight” model ~ Linda Aiyer: The model is a creative integration of both the external and internal dimensions required for a team to function optimally as a system. Team coaching is depicted as a 360-degree process, allowing teams (the system) the opportunity and space to really ‘See’ themselves, above and below the surface.
  3. “LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® for Team Coaching” ~ Sandy Bassil: The method I use guides teams from individual reflections to building a shared model of their ideal high-performing team. Through creating and discussing their models, team members align around a common vision, identify obstacles, and generate ideas for change. The hands-on, visual process helps the team see, hear, and touch their shared goals making conversations more engaging, honest, and impactful.
