Dr. Zeina Ghossoub El-Aswad is an internationally recognized Master Certified Coach, transformational leadership expert, and wellness pioneer, passionate about blending science, leadership, and wellbeing. With a Ph.D. in Human Behavior and Counseling, she empowers leaders and organizations to cultivate resilience, emotional intelligence, and lasting growth. Founder of multiple coaching academies and a published author, Dr. Zeina frequently speaks at global platforms, inspiring positive change and building thriving, purpose-driven communities.

Ms. Roula Saba Mouhanna is an MCC Executive and Leadership coach with over 15 years of experience in the field. She works with managers and executives on leadership skills, effective communication, emotional intelligence and mindset among other subjects. Her clients come from Lebanon and the MENA region and in sectors ranging from FMCG, banking, insurance, luxury goods, engineering and industrial production.
