Vanessa Mai_klein

Vanessa Mai is leader of the research group “Smart Technologies in Coaching & Learning” at Cologne Cobots Lab at TH Köln/University of Applied Sciences. As a systemic coach and supervisor, she researches and teaches in the field of AI-based coaching. Her dissertation was on “Chatbots in (student) coaching”, exploring relationship-building factors in AI-based human-machine coaching.

Ozlem Sarioglu

Ozlem Sarioglu is the Leader of Digital & AI Centre for Excellence of EMCC Global, and the co-founder of Sparkus Platform, which combines AI-Assisted Digital Self-Reflective Coaching and Human Interaction to scale coaching services to a larger population. She currently works as an executive coach, provides leadership and communication trainings and designs digital coaching programs in line with the needs of organizations.

Jihane Labib

Jihane Labib is a leadership expert, executive coach, and global board director at the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She works across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe, and researches the intersection of Education and Artificial Intelligence. Her work bridges leadership development, cultural transformation, and future-focused learning in a rapidly evolving world.

Jonathan Reitz

Jonathan Reitz is a researcher in A.I. & Coaching and has been an ICF subject matter expert in A.I., Team Coaching, and Coaching Education. He’s the Director of Education for the Weatherhead Coaching Program at Case Western Reserve University, co-founder of Team Coaching Global Alliance, FLUXIFY’s Director of Education/CEO, and resident guardian at Viva la Coaching Academy.
