Jihane Labib is a leadership transformation expert, systemic team coach, and organizational change advisor. With over a decade of experience, she has partnered with global and Middle Eastern companies, international banks, high-tech firms, FMCG brands, and ‘Big 4’ consultancies. She currently works across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.
As an executive and team coach, Jihane helps leaders strengthen their leadership impact, strategic vision, communication, and executive presence. She has deep expertise in coaching teams through cultural transformation, leading change, and building resilient, high-performing teams.
She also designs and delivers ICF-accredited Level 1 and Level 2 coach certification programs, contributing to the professionalization of coaching globally.
In 2023, Jihane was elected as the first Arab Global Board Director of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a role she continues to serve today.
Prior to her coaching career, she held executive marketing leadership roles in multinational corporations within the telecommunications, media, and pharmaceutical industries, gaining firsthand experience in corporate leadership and strategic growth.
