I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and a certified Level 1 & 2 Enneagram practitioner. My passion lies in helping teams unlock their potential and build strong, values-aligned cultures that support growth and collaboration.
As a team development coach, I use a coaching approach grounded in deep listening, powerful questioning, and the Enneagram to help individuals and teams understand themselves and one another more clearly. I’ve worked extensively with financial planning practices to improve communication, resolve tensions, and align around a shared purpose, whether they’re preparing for succession, scaling their business, or strengthening team cohesion.
With over a decade of experience in financial services, and a background in business and leadership development, I bring both commercial understanding and human insight to the work I do. My facilitation style is thoughtful, engaging, and focused on creating spaces where teams can think differently, shift behaviour, and grow together.
