Miho Matsukawa is a skilled trainer, coach, and facilitator with over 10 years of experience in learning and development, and more than 25 years in sales and hospitality—including senior management and executive roles. She specializes in leadership, team performance, and career development, blending practical expertise with a strong focus on well-being and emotional intelligence.
Since 2016, Miho has worked independently with global and domestic organizations, designing and delivering training programs across virtual, in-person, and one-on-one formats. Her client satisfaction consistently exceeds 92%, and 85% of her clients return for continued support.
Previously, she served as a Senior Account Manager and APAC Sales Trainer at a leading global company, where she developed and led training for teams across Japan and Asia, achieving top sales results and supporting regional business growth.
Miho is ICF-certified (PCC, ACTC), an EMCC Senior Practitioner, and holds credentials in DiSCⓇ, emotional intelligence, and mental health. She integrates mindfulness, emotional intelligence and neuroscience into her coaching approach.
