Having lived and worked in 7 countries across Asia, Europe, and the USA, Océane has developed a deep understanding of people and a strong belief that a leader’s internal balance, mindset, and drive are crucial not only to their personal performance but also to the performance of their teams. Her passion lies in unlocking the potential for growth and mindset shifts within both leaders and teams, fostering alignment and high performance.

An accredited Executive Coach (ICA, ICF PCC) and Team Coach (TCGA), Océane holds certifications in DISC, Hogan, MBTI, Gallup Clifton StrengthsFinder, Leadership 360, Positive Intelligence Coaching, ORSC, and Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team. She also earned a Full-Time MBA from INSEAD and a Master’s in International Business and Finance from Paris Dauphine University.
