Pamela Lang Moeller

In 2024, Pam Moeller launched her coaching, community-building, and consulting business, partnering with leaders and organizations seeking transformational growth. Her extensive experience includes 24 years at KIPP Foundation, where she helped expand the organization from 2 to nearly 300 schools. Today, Pam offers 1:1 and team coaching of mission-driven leaders and coaches in education, non-profit, and health-care. She also teaches leaders to coach and helps organizations build leadership development programs.

From 2015 to 2024, Pam led KIPP’s Leadership Coaching Program, serving 280 leaders annually and supporting leader retention, particularly among BIPOC leaders. She continues to coach KIPP School and Regional Leaders and serves as a founding member of the FOX Fellowship, coaching coaches who support CFOs and COOs in high-growth charter organizations.

An ICF-credentialed Professional Leadership and Equity Coach, Pam holds degrees from Dartmouth College and Stanford University. Her career began as a Fulbright Scholar teaching English in Paris, followed by work at Boston Consulting Group. When not coaching, she enjoys hiking, biking, gardening, and reading, and spending time with her spouse and three adult children.
