PCC
I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC, ICF) and Business Psychologist with over 20 years of experience supporting leaders and organisations across Europe and the Middle East. I partner with executives, leadership teams, and high-potential professionals to strengthen leadership impact, navigate transitions, and enhance effectiveness in complex organisational environments. My work combines psychological insight with extensive experience in talent and leadership development, enabling individuals and teams to translate reflection into meaningful action and sustainable results.
In my executive coaching, I support leaders in strengthening confidence and presence, navigating role transitions, and enhancing their ability to influence, communicate, and make decisions in demanding contexts. Many clients seek coaching to gain clarity, manage pressure, and lead with greater authenticity and purpose while aligning personal values with organisational goals.
I also coach leadership and project teams to improve collaboration and collective performance. I help teams identify and articulate their shared purpose, facilitate team charter and ways-of-working discussions, and support them in clarifying roles, expectations, and decision boundaries. My work focuses on building psychological safety, strengthening accountability, and enabling teams to move from individual excellence to collective performance.
My approach integrates evidence-based coaching, organisational psychology, and practical business understanding.
I hold a PCC credential with the International Coaching Federation, a Team Coaching Practitioner Certificate from TCGA (Team Coaching Global Alliance), I am a SHRM Certified Practitioner and I am a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society. I often integrate team coaching with leadership development and organisational talent strategies to support sustainable team and leadership effectiveness.
