Camilla Degerth is a leadership coach focused on change management and alignment of culturally diverse teams to achieve high performance. She invites individuals and teams to consider the criteria “curiosity, strategic, respectful, compassionate, innovative, courageous” when defining their goals, and throughout the coaching program. By inviting “earth” as a stakeholder in the conversations Camilla ensures including systemic considerations.
Camilla brings her experience from living and working across three continents and the learnings from twelve international relocations during different stages of her life to her coaching. Her work as a coach has been in various industries such as technological-, manufacturing-, medical-, educational-, aviation-, retail-, hotel- fashion-, beauty- supporting large-, mid- and small sized organizations, as well as startups. Her corporate background is in HR/Recruitment and Sales.
Coaching young professionals all the way up to executives is something Camilla prides herself with. It allows her to bridge hierarchies and challenge assumptions at different levels of organizations.
Academic achievements include a Business Degree from Victoria University in Australia, a Hotel Management Diploma from Switzerland and an Executive Education – Women in Leadership Diploma from UC Santa Barbara, in addition to a PCC level coaching credential and an ACTC team coaching credential with the ICF.
