CPL (Credit for Prior Learning)

The AATC – Credit for Prior Learning is your choice if you intend to apply for the ACTC (Advanced Certification in Team Coaching) using the Credit for Prior Learning (CPL) option.  This bundle includes 40 hours of team coaching-specific training and 10 hours of coaching supervision.

The Credit for Prior Learning (CPL) Certificate includes:

• Foundations of Team Coaching Global Certificate (40 hours)
• 10 hours of coaching supervision

When you sign up for this certificate, you’ll get an email from the TCGA team asking which cohort you want to join for the TCGA  training and supervision options.

To earn the ACTC on the Credit for Prior Learning (CPL) option, you must:

• Completion of 10 team coaching engagements, with at least three (3) engagements completed five years or more prior to the date of application. 
• Completion of at least 10 hours of coaching supervision with an eligible supervisor.
• Completion of at least 30 hours of team coaching education.
